12 answersYes. BMW supplies registered businesses and legitimate organisations. It does not operate as a consumer retail shop or accept private purchases.
Explore Wholesale TradingBegin with a trade application or send the sales team your company name, country, website, buying role, product requirement and expected quantity. BMW will then guide you to the right account, quote or stock route.
See How to BuyComplete the online trade application with accurate company, contact, VAT and purchasing information. Submission begins a business review. It does not automatically approve an account or reserve stock.
Open a Trade ApplicationRetailers, online sellers, wholesalers, distributors, repair businesses, exporters, corporate buyers, education buyers, public bodies and other verified organisations can apply. The proposed transaction must fit BMW's B2B trading controls.
BMW normally needs registered company details, trading address, authorised contact information and relevant VAT or tax information. Additional identity, business, website, trade or destination evidence may be requested during due diligence.
There is no automatic approval time because every business and requirement is different. Complete, consistent information reduces follow-up. BMW will contact you if documents or commercial details are still needed.
BMW does not publish one minimum for every product or batch. Minimum quantities depend on the live offer, model, grade, packaging and commercial route. Ask for the MOQ attached to the exact stock you want.
A smaller first order may be possible when the stock offer and MOQ allow it. Samples are not guaranteed for sealed lots, fixed wholesale batches or stock that cannot be split commercially.
Apply for a trade account, subscribe to stock updates or contact sales with your buying profile. Stock access may depend on account review, availability and the type of list or offer being shared.
Yes, mixed-category orders can be discussed when the products are available and the quantities meet the relevant commercial terms. BMW will confirm the final invoice, packing and delivery route before payment.
Yes. Send the brand, model, specification, grade, quantity, target price, destination and timing. The Stock Procurement team can review current supply options without promising availability before a check is completed.
Request a Customised QuoteInclude your registered company name, country, website, buying role, required categories, models, grades, quantities, preferred currency and delivery destination. A precise brief produces a faster and more useful commercial answer.
The core catalogue uses Brand New, 14 Days, Grade A+, Grade A, Grade B, Grade C, Refurb Boxed, Grade Asis and Grade ABC Mix. The stock offer or invoice explains the grade and any important batch exception before payment.
Review Warranty and Grade RoutesIt is a commercial batch containing a mixture of Grade A, Grade B and Grade C devices. The proportions are not guaranteed to be equal, and cosmetic returns are not accepted simply because the mix differs from a buyer's preferred balance.
Grade Asis is faulty or repair-led stock supplied without BMW's normal functional warranty. It is intended for technically capable buyers who understand repair risk. The published seven-day account-lock exception still applies where stated.
The agreed workflow can cover identity, function, locks, connectivity, battery information, cosmetic condition and data position. The exact checks and reporting depend on product type, grade, batch and the commercial service agreed.
BMW's Diagnostic Centre works with professional platforms and workflows including Phonecheck, Blancco, FutureDial, NSYS Group, Piceasoft and CheckMend. Each platform supports a different part of diagnostics, erasure, grading, processing or legitimacy checking.
Explore the Diagnostic CentreCheckMend reviews available device-history and legitimacy indicators linked to an IMEI or other identifier. A failed, blocked, blacklisted or stolen-status device is isolated and excluded from an acceptable commercial batch.
BMW buys and supplies through verified commercial routes and rejects illegitimate or blacklisted devices. Product identity, provenance and documentation are treated seriously. Any batch-specific originality, packaging or accessory position is confirmed in the offer, not assumed.
Availability changes, but BMW trades recognised mobile technology brands across phones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches, accessories and gadgets. The category pages show representative model coverage, while live offers confirm what can be ordered now.
Regional differences can include keyboard, plug, network, SIM, software, language, warranty, model code and regulatory marking. State the destination and every required specification before payment so they can be written into the commercial record.
Yes. Put every required detail in writing before the invoice is approved. A preference mentioned after dispatch is not the same as a specification agreed on the invoice.
Build a Detailed RequirementRecords depend on the batch and agreed service. Available deliverables can include IMEI or serial lists, device-level diagnostics, battery information, CheckMend status, erasure evidence and a batch summary.
Available battery information may be recorded during diagnostics, but battery performance, degradation and capacity are excluded from BMW's standard warranty. A device that does not power on follows the separate seven-day reporting rule.
Pricing reflects the exact model, specification, grade, quantity, supply position, currency, VAT route and market conditions. Live stock can move quickly, so a previous price should not be treated as a standing offer.
BMW can quote and invoice in EUR, GBP or USD where the transaction supports that route. The approved invoice states the currency and exact amount that must reach BMW.
Yes. A live offer can show two or three currency positions where applicable. The currency selected for the order must then match the final invoice and payment instruction.
The VAT margin scheme is a specific route for eligible second-hand goods where VAT is calculated on the seller's margin instead of the full selling price. Eligibility, records and invoice wording must support the route.
Understand Marginal VATEligible margin-scheme stock can create a commercially useful total price because VAT is not charged separately on the full selling price. The buyer cannot reclaim a separately stated VAT amount, so the right comparison is the complete landed commercial position.
BMW trades through UL Mobiles Ltd using Northern Ireland VAT number XI 478420863. Buyers should still verify the business and the VAT route shown on the actual invoice before paying.
Send the models, specifications, grades, quantities, destination and preferred currency through the customised quote form or directly to sales. BMW will reply against the actual requirement and available route.
Request a QuoteA commercial discussion may be possible for volume, repeat purchasing or a defined batch. It depends on the stock and market position. Negotiation does not reserve stock until BMW confirms the order and payment route.
Use the validity or expiry shown on the quote, stock offer or invoice. If no fixed window is shown, confirm availability again before paying because price and quantity may change.
Yes. The relevant invoice or commercial document should identify the agreed VAT route before funds are sent. Ask the team to correct any uncertainty before approving the order.
The buyer must make sure BMW receives the full invoiced amount in the invoiced currency. Exchange losses, intermediary deductions and bank charges remain the buyer's responsibility unless BMW agrees otherwise in writing.
Use the stock subscription form on this page or the relevant category page. Add your work email and company so BMW can send B2B availability, offer and new-arrival updates.
Approve the stock, quantity, grade, price, currency, VAT route and delivery details with sales. BMW then issues the relevant invoice or proforma. Review it fully before making payment.
Follow the Buying ProcessBMW's standard wholesale route is bank transfer in the currency shown on the invoice. Do not use another payment method or beneficiary unless BMW has confirmed it in writing through a verified company contact.
Follow the due date or validity shown on the invoice. Stock is not held indefinitely, and BMW releases orders only after the required cleared funds and controls are complete.
Use the exact BMW invoice number as the bank payment reference. This connects the incoming funds to the correct buyer and order.
Contact BMW immediately with the invoice number, payer name, amount, currency, payment date and transfer evidence. A wrong reference can delay allocation and order progress while the payment is traced.
A cancellation request must reach BMW in writing within 24 hours of invoice issue. After that window, the buyer remains liable for the full invoice amount under the published trading terms.
The order cannot proceed as fully paid until BMW receives the complete net amount shown as Payment Due. The buyer must send the shortfall and cover any additional bank or conversion cost.
The buyer is responsible for transfer fees, intermediary deductions, currency conversion and any other payment cost needed for BMW to receive the full invoiced amount.
BMW confirms the order position after the funds are identified and cleared. A bank transfer receipt proves that a transfer was instructed, but it does not by itself prove cleared receipt.
Do not arrange a third-party payment without prior written approval. A payer that does not match the approved buyer may require additional due diligence and can delay or prevent order release.
Ask in writing before paying. Any change is subject to availability and may require a revised invoice. After payment or packing begins, a change may no longer be possible.
Stop the payment and call the known BMW telephone number. Never rely only on a new email or amended document. BMW advises buyers to independently verify any apparent beneficiary change before sending funds.

BMW works with established carriers including DHL, FedEx, DPD, UPS, Royal Mail and GLS. The selected service depends on destination, value, weight, quantity, insurance and operational suitability.
BMW supports UK, European and wider international B2B trade subject to destination, product, carrier, customs, payment and compliance checks. Confirm the exact country and postcode before the order is finalised.
There is no single delivery promise for every wholesale order. The expected dispatch and transit window is confirmed against the actual stock, final checks, destination, courier service and customs route.
Yes. Tracking is provided when the order is dispatched on a tracked courier service. Allow time for the carrier's first scan to appear.
Yes. BMW may split a delivery where operationally necessary and can do so at no extra delivery cost to the buyer under the published terms. Tracking is provided for each dispatched part.
BMW will help review the tracking and carrier position, but courier, weather, security, capacity and customs events can affect transit. A delayed scan is not automatically evidence that the parcel is lost.
The buyer is responsible for destination import duties, customs charges, VAT, EORI and local clearance requirements unless the invoice explicitly confirms another route.
Report the shortage within 24 hours. Keep the packaging and provide photographs and video of the unopened parcel, opened parcel, labels and complete contents before any units are sold or put into use.
Yes. Christmas, New Year, public holidays, Black Friday and other peaks can reduce carrier capacity and extend cut-off or transit times. Place time-sensitive orders early and ask for the live delivery position.
Collection or buyer-arranged transport may be considered when operationally suitable. BMW must approve the handover, collection identity, insurance, responsibility and release controls before the stock leaves custody.
Ask immediately, but do not assume the change is accepted. A new address may require compliance, fraud, VAT, customs or carrier checks and may be impossible after booking or dispatch.
Packing is planned around product type, quantity, value and destination. The final order check, suitable protection, shipment records and tracked handover remain connected to the commercial order.
14 Days, Grade A+, Grade A, Grade B, Grade C, Refurb Boxed and Mix Grade batches receive 30 days from the buyer's receipt of the stock, subject to the reporting and RMA rules.
Read Warranty and PromiseNo. Factory-sealed Brand New stock follows the manufacturer's warranty route, typically from activation. Claims are made with the manufacturer rather than through BMW's graded-stock warranty.
No. Battery performance, degradation and capacity are excluded. If a device does not power on at all, report it within the separate seven-day non-powering window.
Contact BMW inside the correct reporting window with the invoice, order reference, affected IMEI or serial, fault description and requested evidence. Do not send stock back before RMA approval.
Report the issue, obtain approval, complete the RMA sheet, return the authorised stock within the deadline and wait for assessment. Unapproved or late returns can be refused.
Report grading, broken-part or body-condition issues within seven days of receipt. Mix Grade batches are not accepted for cosmetic return because their grade proportions are not guaranteed.
Report and return a non-powering device within seven days of receipt, regardless of the suspected cause. Battery-capacity complaints remain excluded, but complete failure to power on follows this separate rule.
Each blocked or blacklisted device needs its own valid CheckMend PDF report. The claim must be reported within 30 days of receipt and connected to the correct IMEI and invoice.
Processing may take up to 14 working days from the date BMW receives the authorised returned stock. Timing begins after receipt, not when the buyer first reports the issue.
No. Wholesale stock cannot be returned simply because the buyer no longer wants it, cannot sell it, finds a better price or experiences a market change.
After assessment, BMW may issue credit against a future purchase, provide replacement stock or make a refund. BMW selects the appropriate resolution under the published terms.
Grade Asis is sold without normal warranty, apart from the published seven-day iCloud or Google Account lock exception. BER stock is sold without warranty and cannot be returned.

BMW considers mobile phones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches, accessories, gadgets and other relevant consumer technology. Current demand depends on brand, model, specification, grade, quantity, location and price.
BMW can review Brand New, 14 Days, graded used, professionally refurbished, mixed and repairable commercial stock. Declare the condition honestly and identify faults, locks, missing parts or batch exceptions before agreement.
Complete the supplier application with company, contact, stock capability, commercial terms and documentation information. Suitable introductions move to direct review with the purchase team.
Start a Supplier ApplicationBMW may request company registration, VAT or tax details, authorised-contact information, business address, invoices, ownership or purchase evidence, stock lists, IMEI or serial records and trade references.
BMW will not accept stolen, blacklisted, CheckMend-failed, unlawfully obtained, misdescribed or unsupported stock. Devices with locks, faults or other exceptions must be declared and commercially accepted before movement.
Payment timing, currency, beneficiary, inspection position and documentation are agreed for each approved purchase. A supplier application does not create automatic payment terms or guarantee that BMW will buy a batch.
Provide company details, stock location, category, brand, exact model, specification, grade, quantity, asking price, currency, availability, documentation and preferred logistics. Clear spreadsheets and batch evidence help the team review quickly.
BMW may require records, samples, remote evidence or physical inspection depending on the batch and relationship. Final acceptance follows the agreed commercial and quality-control route.
Yes. Suppliers who provide legitimate stock, accurate descriptions, complete documents and dependable communication can develop repeat purchasing relationships when their supply matches BMW's ongoing demand.
