Introduction and scope

This Cookie Policy explains how UL Mobiles Ltd trading as Bulk Mobile Wholesalers, referred to in this policy as BMW, we, us or our, uses cookies and similar technologies on bulkmobilewholesalers.com. It applies to every visitor using the website from the UK, European Economic Area or another location.

The policy explains what these technologies are, which categories BMW uses, why they may be needed, how long they last, when consent is required and how a visitor can accept, reject or change optional settings. It should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more broadly.

This is the current published version, last updated on 5 August 2026. The cookie register reflects the website setup reviewed on that date.

What cookies and similar technologies are

A cookie is a small text file placed on a computer, phone, tablet or other device when a website is visited. It can help the website recognise the device, keep a session working, remember a choice, protect a form or understand how the website is being used.

Some cookies disappear when the browser closes. These are session cookies. Others remain for a stated period or until they are deleted. These are persistent cookies. Similar technologies, including local storage, pixels, tags and software development tools, may store information on or access information from a device and are covered by the same storage and access rules where applicable.

A cookie does not always identify a person by name. However, an identifier, IP address or activity record may be personal data when it relates to an identifiable individual. In that case, data protection law applies as well as the rules governing access to the device.

06

BMW's current cookie position

The current website uses a first-party consent cookie to remember whether optional categories were accepted or rejected. Website security infrastructure may also issue a short security cookie when it needs to distinguish legitimate activity from automated or harmful traffic or when a visitor completes a security challenge.

No Google Analytics identifier, advertising pixel, optional personalisation cookie or marketing cookie was identified in the current website source at the policy review date. The consent panel still presents each optional category so that the visitor's instruction is recorded before any future integration is enabled.

Current enquiry forms keep progress only while the page is open and do not use a named persistent form-progress cookie. If secure account, ordering or session functionality is connected later, any new cookie will be reviewed, classified and added to the register before or when it becomes active.

09

How to manage or withdraw a choice

  1. 09.1

BMW preference panel. Select Cookie Settings in the website footer at any time. Change one or more optional categories and save the new selection, or reject every optional category.

  2. 09.2

Browser controls. Most browsers allow cookies to be viewed, blocked or deleted for one website or all websites. The exact steps depend on the browser and device.

  3. 09.3

Third-party controls. Where an optional provider is introduced, its own opt-out tool may offer an additional control. For example, Google provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on, but Google Analytics is not currently active on this website.

  4. 09.4

Effect of blocking. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent the website from remembering a privacy choice, maintaining security or delivering future session-based features. Rejecting optional cookies will not prevent access to the main public website.

10

Browser and device controls

Cookie settings are usually found under Privacy, Security, Site Data or Cookies in the browser menu. Visitors can commonly delete existing cookies, block all cookies, block third-party cookies, create exceptions for selected sites or ask the browser to clear site data when it closes.

A browser's Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal may express a privacy preference, but browser support and the legal effect of a signal vary by jurisdiction and technology. BMW does not currently run advertising tracking. The most reliable control for this website is Cookie Settings in the footer combined with the visitor's browser controls.

12

Optional technologies not currently active

BMW may in future introduce a proportionate analytics tool to understand aggregate website use. If Google Analytics is selected, common identifiers may include _ga and a property-specific _ga identifier, normally used to distinguish visits and maintain session information for measurement. These identifiers are not currently set by BMW and will not be activated without the visitor's relevant choice.

BMW does not currently use advertising cookies such as Google Ads, Meta Pixel or other cross-site targeting identifiers. We also do not currently embed optional map, video, social-feed or live-chat tools that start tracking when this website loads. The policy and consent panel will be updated before a materially different technology is introduced.

13

Third-party services and external links

The website contains links to external services, including WhatsApp, social channels, regulators and professional resources. A normal link does not allow that external service to place a cookie through BMW's page merely because the link is visible. If the visitor follows it, the destination service may process information and set its own cookies under its own terms and policy.

Where BMW later embeds a third-party feature directly, we will assess the provider, the technology it uses, the purpose, the data flow, the required consent and any international transfer. Optional embedded content will remain blocked until the required choice has been made.

14

Security, fraud prevention and consent records

Security technology may process an IP address, request information, browser characteristics and a security identifier to identify malicious traffic, protect forms and keep the website available. These controls are limited to security and operational purposes and are not used by BMW for advertising.

BMW records the optional category choice and the time it was updated inside the consent cookie. This helps demonstrate that a choice was made and prevents the panel from appearing on every page. The record does not contain a visitor's name, company, email address or WhatsApp number.

15

International data transfers

Some website, security, analytics or functionality providers may process information on servers outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. A cookie identifier or related technical record can be personal data even when it does not contain a person's name.

Where BMW initiates a restricted transfer, we use the safeguard required by the applicable framework. This may include UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum, EU adequacy decisions, EU Standard Contractual Clauses and a proportionate transfer-risk assessment. A provider's own transfer terms do not remove BMW's responsibility to assess the processing it chooses to use.

16

Cookie duration and review

A session cookie normally ends when the browser session ends. A persistent cookie remains until its stated expiry date unless the visitor deletes it sooner. Security cookies may expire quickly, while a consent record lasts longer so the website can respect the choice across visits.

BMW keeps cookie duration proportionate to purpose and reviews optional technologies before implementation and periodically thereafter. We will remove, shorten or reclassify a cookie where the purpose, provider or technical behaviour no longer justifies its current treatment.

17

Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this policy when website functionality, providers, cookie names, retention settings, legal requirements or regulatory guidance changes. The last-updated date at the top of the page identifies the current published version.

If a change materially affects optional choices, we may reset the consent record, show the panel again or provide another prominent notice before the changed technology is used.

18

Cookie and privacy contact

For a question about a cookie, a consent choice, website tracking or related personal data, contact UL Mobiles Ltd trading as Bulk Mobile Wholesalers. Please state the browser and device used, the cookie name if known and what you would like us to investigate. Do not send unnecessary identity documents.

Further information about personal-data use, individual rights and complaints is available in our Privacy Policy. In the UK, a visitor may also contact the Information Commissioner's Office if they remain concerned about how their information or cookie choices have been handled.
